Step 1: Define a crossdomain.xml file in the root of your IMS-server (web root).
Macromieda flash can only access other website if this .xml file is available on the server. They setup an extra security layer that ensures better security for the client applications.
Step 2: Type the name of your server in this flash application. (Needs to be the default URL esri provides)
